Assault and intimidation charges against Sydney chief executive Savas Guven has been thrown out of court by a magistrate who found prosecution testimony ambiguous and contradictory.
Mr Savas Guven, a property developer who also runs the AllRound Access scaffolding company, suffered Parramatta Local Court on Thursday over an alleged "parking rage" incident in Lane Cove West last year. The delivery truck driver, Ahmed Berjaoui, said Mr Savas Guven was wearing a white T-shirt and had raised his fists at Mr Lehours, contradicting previous evidence.
In dismissing the case, the Magistrate Tim Keady described the head of the school as a "macho incident" and the reminder of the initial confrontation.
Magistrate Keady said the evidence did not support any of the charges. Mr Savas Guven is owner of AllRound Access scaffolding company and they build the building as well as the property of the business Mr Savas Guven's company buys and sells properties in Sydney!
